When making a booking, we require a valid credit card to confirm your stay with us. A deposit equal to 1 night's accommodation is payable upon booking and the remainder is payable on arrival. Free cancellations up to 14 days before your arrival date, with all deposits refunded. After this period, within the 14 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. All Non-Refundable bookings will be charged the full amount upon booking. Please note, NO refund is given if there is a change of mind or in an event of a No-Show, all bookings are payable in full.
We accept credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) or a direct deposit can be arranged prior to arrival.
If travel conditions are interrupted by COVID and travel is not allowed within our region, a full refund of monies paid will apply.
We strongly recommend holiday makers take out travel insurance to cover for unforeseen circumstances and/or cancellation fees.
