How can I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse our product categories.
    Select the desired item(s) and add them to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
  3. Review and confirm your order.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, as well as GooglePay for secure online transactions.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. For international orders, please contact our customer service team to discuss potential arrangements.  We can not, at this point, ship foodstuffs internationally.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Standard Shipping (within Australia):

Cost: $10 AUD
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (subject to Australia post delivery times)

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately we can not accept returns of any food items.

Do you have a physical store location?

Yes, our physical shop is located within the Habitat Resort premises in Broome. Guests are welcome to visit and browse our selection in person.

Can I pick up my online order at the resort?

Yes, during checkout, select the "Pick Up at Resort" option. Your order will be prepared and ready for collection at the resort reception during standard operating hours. Please call prior to make sure that stock is at reception before arriving.
