This is our special Habitat Resort honey. The bees get their honey from many of the bloodwood eucalypts surrounding the garden resort, giving it a strong, not too sweet, flavour. This multi-floral honey is uniquely infused with many of the plants from the Habitat Resort gardens, providing a tantalising honey that dances across your tongue. Think porridge on a cold morning, or, a nice hot crumpet with the honey drizzling all through it.

Bloodwood, or Tropical eucalypt, produces nectar that is dark, and has a strong and unique flavour with a caramel aftertaste. Nectar flows during the build-up to the Wet Season, from November, and the trees continue to flower until March.
